Designed by renowned architect Antonio Morillo, this contemporary hillside residence combines striking architecture, panoramic sea and mountain views, and complete privacy just minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús.

Positioned approximately 400 metres above sea level, this exclusive property offers uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean coastline and surrounding countryside. The villa spans approximately 1,520 m² across three levels, complemented by 492 m² of terraces that maximise outdoor living and natural light. Inside, expansive open-plan living and dining areas are anchored by a central fireplace and framed by electronically operated floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fitted with premium Gaggenau appliances and supported by a separate hidden chef’s kitchen, offering both visual elegance and practical functionality for entertaining.

This luxury villa in El Madroñal features six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The entire top floor is dedicated to an impressive master suite with a private panoramic terrace, dual walk-in wardrobes and a spa-style bathroom designed for comfort and privacy. The lower level is dedicated to lifestyle and wellbeing, offering a private cinema room, games area, hammam, plunge pool, and a fully equipped gym with both indoor and open-air training spaces. A climate-controlled wine cellar, lift access to all floors, and an advanced Zennio system enhance comfort, security and intelligent living. A separate two-bedroom guest apartment with independent entrance provides flexible accommodation for visitors or staff.

Externally, the landscaped gardens surround a saltwater infinity swimming pool, with outdoor lounge areas and a fully equipped exterior kitchen designed for entertaining in the Mediterranean climate. An automated irrigation system ensures year-round greenery, while flexible parking offers the potential for conversion into a secure garage.
