* Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the Right to Housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts ‘the real estate commissions and the costs of formalization of the contract will be borne by the landlord’.
