It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Torrevieja, which is easily accessible via the promenade. Playa del Cura can be reached in just 10 minutes. The flat on the second floor features a cosy living area with a separate dining area, cooled or heated with an air conditioner.

In the adjacent kitchen it is also possible to eat at the table. There is an oven, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
