We honestly weren’t sure whether to feature this as a town house or a villa, so we are going to do both!  This is the townhouse version.

Located near all amenities and walking distance to everything we offer this charming townhouse with a garden and a pool!  There is access for a small car right to the front door, where you can park and a small garage for a motorbike or bikes.

The front door opens to an entrance hall with a double bedroom to the left.  Off to the right there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and an additional shower room (that I missed off the video, sorry!).  The property then opens up the the lounge / dining room with a log burner.  The dining area leads round to a good size fitted kitchen with a back door to the garden.

The lounge has a set of double doors that open to a lovely covered terrace that overlooks the garden and pool area.  The pool is a great size and has several areas for enjoying our amazing weather.

Back inside, the stairs take us to a good size double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a large private terrace.   Outside, below the house there are two storage areas.  The property has mains water & electric and a septic tank.

This really is a unique property with a private garden and pool in Oliva.  Your own little oasis walking distance to everything! Viewing highly recommended!
