The newly renovated corner house is the perfect blend between modern and traditional design. While from the outside it looks like a typical Mallorquin house it offers all the amenities of a modern house:

It offers not only plenty of shade but also stunning views into the mountains and gardens of Las Abubillas.

On the upper floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers space for a desk – which for more privacy could easily be separated through a room-divider. The bedroom to the front stands out through its’ arched windows, while the third bedroom to the back offers stunning views of the greenery of Las Abubillas and the mountains. The also newly renovated bathrooms scores not only through it’s design but also through space for the whole family.

On the second floor you will find an amazing roof top terrace which especially in winter time gives you extra outdoor space with amazing views!

Furthermore the house comes with an easy to maintain garden that offers sunny corners in winter and shady corners during summer, a spacious garage and a parking lot in front of the house.

The community does not only offer an idyllic, very spacious pool and always perfectly well kept lush greens but also access to the golf court.
