COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE / SPAIN
Private opportunities.
Serious assets.
Hotels, commercial property, development land and investment assets sourced around a qualified buyer brief.
Private search, not a public catalogue.
Commercial transactions require a more targeted approach than residential search. We start with the buyer’s brief, then source relevant opportunities through available mandates and partner channels.
Some assets are not publicly advertised and may only be shared after an initial qualification of the request.

Selected assets are shared by request.
Where confidentiality is required, details are shared only after an initial qualification of the buyer or investment brief. Availability remains subject to the owner’s mandate and current status.
What a confidential mandate can look like.
Commercial acquisitions are often shared with limited public detail. The examples below show the type of information we can structure for qualified buyers without publishing an owner, exact address or third-party photography.
Coastal hotel acquisition
Illustrative buyer brief. Exact assets are disclosed only when a matching mandate is available.
Income-producing commercial building
Illustrative format. Tenant, lease and address data would be shared only within an active qualified search.
Development land or conversion opportunity
Illustrative format. Planning, ownership and technical documentation require independent verification.

Search by asset, strategy and location.
HOMESEE sources commercial real estate in Spain for buyers looking at hotels, aparthotels, retail property, office and mixed-use buildings, income-producing assets, development land and selected off-market opportunities. The search can be structured around acquisition price, target yield, operating model, planning status, refurbishment potential or a specific regional strategy.
For hospitality buyers, that may mean hotels for sale in Spain, buildings suitable for hotel conversion, serviced-apartment opportunities or resort assets. For developers and private investors, the brief may focus on commercial property for sale in Spain, development land, repositioning projects or leased investments with existing income.
Our core search areas include Costa del Sol, Marbella, Valencia and Costa Blanca, with wider Spain searches handled against the buyer brief.
Before progressing with a commercial acquisition, buyers should independently review title, planning and permitted use, licences, lease terms, operating agreements, capex requirements, taxes and the legal structure of the transaction. HOMESEE’s role is to help identify and organise relevant opportunities, not to replace legal, tax or technical due diligence.
Questions buyers usually ask.
Can HOMESEE source off-market commercial real estate in Spain?
Yes. Some opportunities are circulated privately through owners, brokers and partner channels. Access depends on the mandate, the asset and qualification of the buyer brief, so not every opportunity can be displayed publicly.
Do you source hotels for sale in Spain?
Yes. A hospitality brief can include operating hotels, aparthotels, resorts, buildings for conversion and development sites suitable for hotel or serviced-apartment projects, subject to availability and planning.
What should I include in a commercial property brief?
Useful information includes target region, asset class, acquisition budget, preferred deal structure, target yield or operating model, minimum size or key count, planning requirements, financing position and expected timing.
Can you search for development land in Spain?
Yes. Searches can focus on land for hospitality, residential, mixed-use or commercial development. Buildability, zoning, infrastructure and planning status should always be verified independently before acquisition.
Why are some commercial opportunities shown without photographs or exact addresses?
Owners of investment assets often require confidentiality before releasing identifying information. In those cases an initial profile may show only the asset class, broad location, scale, budget and investment logic until the buyer is qualified.
