The apartment is situated in the 2nd floor of an residential complex with several lifts.

Further information: The monthly rent from June to October 1.400€ per month. In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of 150.-€ will be charged for the electricity and water consumptions and Internet. Cleaning costs will be charged on departure with 70€. Deposit 1.000.-€. Agency fees 170.-€ + 21% V.A.T.  per month. All the costs will be paid up front.

The owner will accept max. 2 persons.
