Holiday Rental – For minimum 3 nights (summer 7N)

Atico Centro Altea is a beautiful completely renovated penthouse, for holiday rental from May to September, in a very central location with walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and most other amenities.

Beach one street away and public swimming pool 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is well equipped with AC throughout the apartment, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a large terrace with some sea views.

The price is per night and from – price, depending on the season and number of nights and includes VAT, garage, water, electricity, Wifi, bedding and satellite channels.

There is a final cleaning supplement of 100 euros per stay and a deposit of 500 euros upon arrival that is returned upon departure unless there is damage caused.

Pets are allowed on request and with a supplement of 40 euros per stay.

The deposit can be delivered in cash, Bizum or bank transfer.

Available for rental from May to September.
