Built on the basis of a 16th century Arab mill which still works, converted into a home in 2009, this wonderful house has 398 m2 and consists of a main house with an annex, terraces, swimming pool and gardens. Many of the finishes are the original ones from the mill and the craftsmanship quality of these gives a character rarely seen to the spaces.

The main house, with two floors, preserves the grinding elements of the original mill. On the ground floor we have a hall, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a cinema room. On the second floor there is an intimate living room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room, and another bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom.

The annex also has two floors. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is currently an art workshop and a tool room. These latter rooms can easily be converted into another bedroom, or into social areas of the existing bedroom for a complete guest house.

The orientation of the house is northwest, all the windows are climalit with mosquito nets and security bars, and there are a total of 5 wood-burning fireplaces located in the key sectors of the houses.

The outside areas are heavenly. The natural environment is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. A stream runs to one side of the property and the presence of running water gives it an indescribable freshness. It has several terraces and areas for outdoor recreation, a wood oven, a 50 m2 swimming pool with a large perimeter garden where several pieces of art are located.

Although the property has the possibility of having network water supply, it is currently acquired from a well that widely covers the needs of the houses and the automatic irrigation of the olive, almond and other fruit trees planted.
